DDQX Learning Institute, Inc.

Terms of Use

Last updated: September 30, 2026

The terms for DDQX Learning’s educational resources, assessments, reports, coaching, tutoring, courses, and related services.

Agreement and scope

These Terms govern the website and services provided by DDQX Learning Institute, Inc., a Delaware C-corp doing business in Arizona, under the name DDQX Learning. Contact us at info@ddqxlearning.org or 480-648-4049. Our mailing address is:

PO Box 416
3324 E. Ray Rd
Higley, AZ 85236

When you accept these Terms during registration, booking, or checkout, they form part of your agreement with DDQX. The service description and price presented before purchase define what you are buying. A separate signed agreement controls where it expressly replaces a provision of these Terms.

The Refund, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy, Educational and Medical Disclaimer, Children and Age Policy, and Copyright and Trademark Policy also apply. The Privacy Policy explains information handling. Agreement to these Terms does not replace any separate consent required by law.

Eligibility and account security

Accounts, assessments, and paid services are intended for learners aged 16 or older. A parent or legal guardian must authorize participation and purchases for a learner who has not reached the age of legal majority, using the process in our Children and Age Policy.

Provide accurate information and use only an authorized payment method. Keep your login details and private access links secure. Individual purchases and accounts are for the named learner unless the purchase expressly includes additional users.

Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share another person’s account or misrepresent your identity, training, scores, or application history.

What DDQX provides

DDQX provides educational assessments and resources, Personalized Score & Strategy Reports, strategy sessions, coaching, tutoring, courses, and related learning experiences. Educational recommendations reflect the evidence available at the time of review.

A Personalized Score & Strategy Report addresses the specific question and scope purchased. Its finished interpretation and recommendations are reviewed and approved by a DDQX expert. An automated diagnostic result or free resource does not include individual expert review unless that review is expressly offered.

Booking a DDQX educator does not guarantee direct service from Dr. Deason unless the service description or written confirmation names him. An advisor’s or educator’s appearance on our website does not make that individual responsible for every service.

DDQX does not guarantee a score, admission, interview, Match result, scholarship, license, job, grade, or clinical outcome. We do not provide patient care through these educational services.

Purchases, delivery, and access

Prices, currency, applicable taxes, included deliverables, and any access period are disclosed before purchase. Product pages or written quotes also identify any required materials, scheduling limits, and revision allowances.

Timing for individualized work begins when we have payment and the complete required submission, unless the purchase states otherwise. We will communicate material delivery problems. We do not silently substitute a materially different service or charge for an undisclosed addition.

Live hours, written evaluations, asynchronous support, and course access are distinct deliverables. A package includes the services stated at purchase. Extra revisions, additional evaluations, unlimited messaging, or indefinite access are not implied. Any broader service expressly promised at purchase remains part of that agreement.

For a subscription, recurring charges require the authorization and disclosures presented at enrollment. A one-time purchase does not become a recurring subscription merely because an account is created.

Learner responsibilities and academic integrity

You are responsible for submitting work and information you are authorized to share, meeting application and examination deadlines, and checking official requirements with the relevant institution or examination organization.

DDQX supports your reasoning, planning, and revision. We do not sit examinations for learners, impersonate applicants, invent experiences, fabricate credentials, or knowingly assist prohibited academic conduct. Your final submission must represent your own experiences and comply with applicable authorship and outside-assistance rules.

Do not upload confidential examination questions, patient-identifying information, unauthorized institutional records, passwords, or another person’s private information without a legitimate and disclosed reason.

Use services respectfully. Harassment, threats, fraudulent activity, malware, security interference, and attempts to obtain unauthorized access are prohibited.

Your materials and DDQX materials

You retain rights in your original submissions. You grant DDQX a limited permission to receive, store, review, process, and return those materials as reasonably necessary to deliver the requested service using the practices disclosed in our Privacy Policy and applicable service notice.

This permission does not authorize public use of your identity, publication of your private application materials, or unrelated AI-model training. Promotional use of identifiable work or testimonials requires separate permission.

Unless another license is stated, purchased DDQX materials carry a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for the named learner’s personal educational use. You may share your own individualized report with a personal advisor or institution when appropriate, but may not sell it or distribute DDQX’s paid materials as a substitute for purchasing access.

Do not resell, publicly redistribute, or commercially reproduce protected DDQX materials without permission, except as permitted by law. Statutory exceptions and rights in general knowledge or unprotected ideas are not removed by these Terms.

Recordings, communities, and AI

Recordings may be included in a particular service. Required notice and consent must be addressed before recording or transcription begins. Learner access and availability follow the purchased service. Do not record, publish, or distribute a session without the permissions required from DDQX and other participants.

Contributions to shared communities can be visible to other participants and are subject to the platform’s own rules. Do not post information you expect to remain private.

Our AI Use and Automated Processing Disclosure explains AI-supported work and automated recommendations. Tools may make mistakes. Individualized review is included only when the service says so. You must follow the rules governing AI or outside assistance for your application, institution, or examination.

Changes, suspension, and termination

We may restrict access for material violations, nonpayment, fraud, or a credible security or safety concern. When reasonably possible, we will explain the issue and allow an opportunity to address it. Immediate action may be needed to protect people or systems.

You may request review by emailing us. Suspension does not automatically eliminate a refund or remedy provided by law. If DDQX ends a paid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will refund the undelivered portion unless you agree to an alternative.

These Terms apply prospectively. Changes do not retroactively reduce an existing purchase, an advertised guarantee, or mandatory legal rights. A material change to an ongoing agreement requires any notice and agreement required by law.

Service standards and responsibility

DDQX will provide paid services materially as described and with reasonable care and skill. Educational content may contain errors or become outdated. Report significant concerns so we can review them and provide an appropriate correction or other remedy.

To the extent permitted by law, DDQX is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was made, or for independent institutional decisions outside our control. We do not exclude responsibility for our own failure to provide an agreed paid service merely because no outcome was guaranteed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability, consumer protection, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. The Educational and Medical Disclaimer also applies.

Governing law and resolving concerns

Arizona law governs these Terms, except to the extent mandatory law applicable to you requires otherwise. Disputes may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not require private arbitration or waive a right to bring an eligible claim in small-claims court.

Please contact us about a concern so we can try to resolve it. Contacting DDQX first is not a condition of exercising statutory rights, contacting a regulator, or raising a legitimate payment dispute.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not permanently waive it.
