How DDQX handles appointment changes, unused services, individualized work, digital products, and billing concerns.
This policy applies to purchases made directly from DDQX Learning Institute, Inc., a Delaware C-corp doing business in Arizona, under the DDQX Learning name. A different product-specific term applies only when clearly disclosed before purchase. An advertised guarantee or a more favorable promise attached to your purchase remains in effect.
Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights. It applies to new purchases made after publication and does not retroactively narrow an earlier purchase agreement.

PO Box 416You may cancel or reschedule a strategy session, coaching session, or tutoring session without a late-cancellation charge by giving at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start.
For a timely cancellation of a standalone prepaid session, you may choose a refund or rescheduling. For a package session, the session credit returns to the package. A refund of unused package credit follows the package rules below.
With less than 24 hours’ notice, the reserved session generally counts as used or incurs the scheduled session charge, to the extent permitted by law. We review emergencies and exceptional circumstances individually. Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Use the rescheduling or cancellation method in your booking confirmation, or email us. The time your request is received controls; an internal delay in reading a timely request does not make it late. The time zone shown in the booking confirmation controls.
A session normally ends at its scheduled time when the learner arrives late. If you have not joined within 15 minutes and have not contacted us, the appointment may be treated as a no-show and the reserved session may count as used.
If a DDQX educator is late, we will provide the purchased time or offer an appropriate rescheduling or refund option. If DDQX cancels, you may choose rescheduling or a refund for the affected service.
When a technical problem within DDQX’s control materially prevents delivery, we will provide replacement time, reschedule, or refund the undelivered portion. We review learner-side technical problems reasonably, including whether requirements were disclosed before purchase.
You may request a refund for unused prepaid services. Completed sessions and valid late-cancellation or no-show charges are deducted at the effective rate paid within the package, not at a higher undiscounted rate imposed after cancellation.
For an hours-based package, the effective rate is the amount paid for those hours divided by the number of included hours. For a package with different deliverables, we use the allocation disclosed before purchase. Without an advance allocation, we use a reasonable proportional allocation and explain the calculation.
Any expiration date must have been disclosed before purchase. This policy does not create a retroactive expiration date. Scholarship or promotional credit is refundable only to the extent of the amount actually paid, except where law requires otherwise.
You may cancel a Personalized Score & Strategy Report or other customized review for a full refund before substantive work begins. Substantive work means actual review, analysis, or preparation of the individualized deliverable. An automatic purchase confirmation is not substantive work.
After substantive work begins and before delivery, any refund is based on the unfinished portion. DDQX will explain the work completed and the reasonable allocation of the price. We do not treat every unfinished report as fully completed merely because a file was opened.
For an evaluation bundle, completed evaluations are deducted at the effective per-evaluation price paid. A Personal Statement Evaluation 3-Pack contains three evaluations; a Secondary Essays Evaluation 10-Pack contains ten. Work already begun on an additional evaluation is considered proportionally. A different allocation applies only when disclosed before purchase.
Completed customized work is generally not refundable solely because you disagree with an educational judgment, choose a different strategy, or later provide new evidence. This does not limit a remedy for undelivered work, a material failure to meet the purchased scope, or an error DDQX is responsible for correcting.
For a self-paced course or downloadable product without a different stated guarantee, you may request a refund within seven calendar days of purchase if you have not accessed the paid course content or downloaded the purchased material. Viewing a free sample does not count as accessing paid content.
After paid access or downloading begins, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable unless an advertised guarantee or applicable law provides otherwise. Duplicate purchases, missing access, defective files, and material differences from the description remain eligible for review and an appropriate correction or remedy.
Discord Trivia guarantee. A Discord Trivia pass purchased with DDQX’s advertised seven-day money-back guarantee remains eligible for a refund requested within seven calendar days, including when the learner has accessed the service or discovers that it is not a good fit. The general unaccessed-content restriction above does not narrow that guarantee. This provision preserves the terms of an eligible purchase; it does not reopen an expired promotion.
For a DDQX live course or cohort without different advance terms, cancellation at least seven calendar days before the program begins qualifies for a full refund.
A later cancellation ordinarily qualifies for an available transfer or credit rather than a cash refund, subject to mandatory rights and individual circumstances. After a program begins, missed sessions do not ordinarily qualify for a refund. Recordings or make-up arrangements are included only when promised in the program description.
If DDQX cancels a program, you may choose a refund for the undelivered portion instead of accepting a transfer. Event tickets sold for another organizer follow the terms disclosed for that event and applicable consumer law.
A recurring subscription renews only under the authorization and terms presented at enrollment. You may stop future renewals using the cancellation method supplied with the subscription or by emailing info@ddqxlearning.org.
A cancellation request received before renewal takes effect stops that renewal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Partial-period refunds are provided when required by law or promised by the applicable offer.
An installment plan for a fixed-price service is different from a recurring access subscription. Canceling an installment payment method does not automatically resolve the service balance. Any remaining balance or refund is determined from the agreed service and the cancellation rules above, rather than charging for services DDQX has agreed to refund.
Contact us promptly about a duplicate, unauthorized, or mistaken contribution or payment. We review the circumstances and provide any correction or refund required by law or the terms attached to the transaction. A contribution to DDQX should not be assumed to be tax-deductible merely because it is called a donation.
We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days and issue approved refunds within 10 business days, or sooner when required by law. Refunds normally return to the original payment method. The payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
We do not require you to give up a legitimate payment-dispute right or contact DDQX before exercising a statutory remedy. Contacting us can help resolve a billing issue, but does not shorten a legal deadline or restrict a legal right.
Where a statutory withdrawal period applies to a distance purchase, that right takes priority over this policy. For consumers entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period, withdrawal may be communicated by an unambiguous statement to DDQX within the applicable period.
Requesting a service to begin during a withdrawal period may create a proportionate obligation to pay for properly authorized work already performed, where law permits. Loss of a withdrawal right for completed services or immediately supplied digital content requires the specific advance request, consent, acknowledgment, and confirmation required by the applicable law. Payment or ordinary website use alone does not create those conditions.
For any request, identify the order and clearly state that you wish to cancel or withdraw. DDQX will apply the applicable statutory timing and remedy rather than a conflicting general deadline above.
