Help with accessing DDQX Learning’s website, materials, and educational services.
DDQX Learning Institute, Inc., a Delaware C-corp doing business in Arizona and operating as DDQX Learning, aims to make its website and educational services usable by people with disabilities. Our accessibility target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, Level AA.
This statement is a commitment to access and a way to request assistance. It does not certify that every page, document, video, form, or third-party service fully meets that standard.
DDQX uses a combination of website pages, forms, documents, videos, live instruction, payment tools, and community platforms. Accessibility can differ across those formats. Some materials or third-party tools may require an alternative format or another way to complete an activity.
When a barrier affects access to a DDQX service, please tell us. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate alternative or correction. A third-party tool’s involvement does not prevent you from asking DDQX for assistance.
Email info@ddqxlearning.org with the subject “Accessibility Assistance,” or call 480-648-4049.
Identify the page, material, or scheduled service; describe what is difficult to use; and tell us your preferred way to receive a response. Browser or assistive-technology details can help, but you do not need to provide a diagnosis or medical records in an initial request.
Examples of assistance to discuss include an alternative document format, text-based access to information, help completing a booking or purchase, or an adjustment to participation in a scheduled service. The appropriate arrangement depends on the need and the service.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within five business days and provide an update on next steps. Tell us when a course, application, purchase, or appointment deadline makes the request time-sensitive.
Advance notice can help with scheduled accommodations, but we also consider requests made closer to the service date. If an initial response does not resolve the barrier, reply and ask for further review.
These contact methods are for access and service assistance. They are not emergency or medical-care channels.
