Children and Age Policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026

Age requirements and guardian authorization for DDQX Learning assessments, accounts, purchases, and services.

Minimum age

DDQX Learning Institute, Inc., a Delaware C-corp doing business in Arizona and operating as DDQX Learning, offers service accounts, assessments, and paid educational services to people 16 years of age or older. Children under 16 should not create an account, complete a service intake or diagnostic, upload materials, or make a purchase.

Guardian permission does not override this minimum age. General educational articles are not an invitation for younger children to submit personal information.

Learners who have not reached legal adulthood

A learner aged 16 or older who has not reached the age of legal majority where they live may participate only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian and DDQX’s confirmation of the arrangement.

Before the learner registers, submits materials, or purchases a service, the guardian must email info@ddqxlearning.org with the subject “Minor Learner Authorization.” Include the guardian’s name and contact information, the learner’s age, and the service requested. Do not send identification documents or detailed learner records in the initial message.

DDQX will provide the participation terms and confirm the authorization process before enrollment. The guardian must review the applicable terms and privacy information and authorize purchases. Additional confirmation is requested when appropriate or required by law.

Privacy, communications, and recordings

Before service begins, DDQX and the guardian should establish the appropriate communication, supervision, recording, and information-sharing arrangements for the learner’s age and circumstances.

A learner or guardian should tell us about an accessibility or participation need without sending unnecessary medical records. Recordings and public use of a minor’s image, voice, testimonial, or work require the permissions applicable to that use.

When a learner becomes a legal adult, payment by a parent or sponsor does not automatically authorize continued access to the learner’s private records.

Information submitted by an ineligible child

If you believe a child under 16 has submitted personal information to DDQX, contact info@ddqxlearning.org or call 480-648-4049. Written correspondence may also be sent to

PO Box 416
3324 E. Ray Rd
Higley, AZ 85236
.

We will investigate, restrict any ineligible account as appropriate, and take appropriate steps to remove information that should not have been collected, subject to applicable legal obligations. We may need limited information to locate the relevant record and confirm a requestor’s authority.

Do not provide a false age or use another person’s details to bypass these requirements. A future program for a different age range requires separate safeguards and enrollment terms before it is offered.
