The purpose and limits of DDQX Learning’s educational services and materials.
DDQX Learning Institute, Inc., a Delaware C-corp doing business in Arizona and operating as DDQX Learning, provides educational resources, assessments, reports, tutoring, coaching, application feedback, courses, and related learning support. These services help learners organize information, practice reasoning, and plan their next steps.
DDQX’s ordinary educational services do not provide medical care, mental health treatment, professional licensure decisions, or official institutional advising. An educator’s professional credentials do not change the educational scope of the service.
Using the website, communicating with an educator, attending a session, or receiving an educational report does not establish a physician–patient or other treating-clinician relationship.
Clinical cases, discussions, practice questions, and AI-supported outputs must not be used as individualized diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or patient-management advice. Do not delay professional care because of DDQX content.
DDQX communications are not monitored as an emergency service. For a medical or safety emergency, contact your local emergency services.
The White Coat Diagnostic is an educational routing tool. It does not diagnose a medical condition, mental health condition, neurodevelopmental condition, or learning disability, and it does not certify professional competence.
DDQX reports may assess learning patterns, writing, evidence, readiness, competitiveness, or program fit. Those assessments are educational judgments based on the information available at the time. They are not official examination scores, institutional ratings, individualized admission probabilities, or guarantees.
An automated result is not assumed to have received individual expert review. Purchased Personalized Score & Strategy Reports include review and approval of the finished interpretation and recommendations by a DDQX expert.
Learners and licensed professionals must follow the supervision requirements, professional standards, and policies that apply to their work. Verify clinical information using appropriate current sources before applying it in practice.
Educational examples may simplify a situation to explain a concept and may omit factors relevant to a real patient. Do not submit patient-identifying information or unauthorized clinical records to DDQX.
You are responsible for checking official deadlines, eligibility criteria, examination rules, application requirements, and restrictions on outside assistance or AI use with the relevant organization.
DDQX does not guarantee an examination score, passing result, admission, interview, Match outcome, scholarship, license, employment offer, grade, or patient outcome. Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not promise the same result for another learner.
Fictional demonstration materials, including reports about DDQX’s sample learner Ivana B. Adoktor, are examples rather than records of an actual learner’s experiences or outcomes.
References to an examination, institution, resource, application service, or professional organization identify the relevant subject. They do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, accreditation, or endorsement unless a specific relationship is expressly stated.
Educational information and AI-supported outputs can contain errors or become outdated. Contact info@ddqxlearning.org to report a concern, identify the material, and explain the issue.
This disclaimer does not excuse a failure to deliver a purchased service as agreed or remove liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit DDQX to exclude.
