Cookie Policy and Preferences

Last updated: September 30, 2026

How cookies, embedded content, and similar technologies relate to your use of the DDQX website.

What these technologies do

Cookies are small records a website stores in your browser. Related technologies include local storage, scripts, pixels, and other methods that access device or interaction information.

DDQX Learning Institute, Inc., a Delaware C-corp doing business in Arizona, operates the DDQX Learning website. The website uses WordPress and related tools for pages, forms, account access, payments, and learning features. Third-party content, such as an embedded YouTube video, may also communicate with its provider. The technologies involved depend on the page and features you use.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information collected through these interactions is handled.

Categories of technology

Necessary functions. These include security, authentication, checkout, maintaining a requested session, and remembering a privacy selection. Blocking a technology needed for a requested function may prevent that function from working.

Preferences and embedded services. Optional settings and externally hosted content can use device information or storage to remember choices, load a video, or deliver another selected feature.

Analytics. Where enabled, measurement tools can collect information about visits and interactions to help assess website use. An analytics label does not automatically make a technology necessary.

Advertising. Advertising tags, when used, can measure advertising or support audience-based advertising. Payment fraud-prevention tools and embedded content can have different purposes; their classification depends on their actual behavior.

These categories explain how technologies are classified. They are not a claim that every category is enabled on every DDQX page.

Consent and preferences

Where consent is required for a technology, DDQX must obtain it before that technology is used. Optional consent must not be inferred merely from browsing, scrolling, closing a banner, or accepting general Terms. A required consent choice must be capable of withdrawal.

Use the cookie banner or privacy-preference control when it is displayed to manage the categories it identifies. The control should show the relevant purposes and current selection. Rejecting optional technologies should not disable unrelated necessary services.

If no preference control is available on the page you are using, contact info@ddqxlearning.org for help. An email request does not itself immediately block scripts in your browser, and this policy page is not a technical consent manager.

To restrict technologies immediately on your device, use your browser’s cookie and tracking controls. Clearing stored data or using a different browser or device can require you to make a new selection.

Providers and duration

Website sessions and settings can be associated with WordPress, the hosting environment, or individual plugins. Stripe-enabled payment interactions use Stripe’s technology for payment processing and fraud prevention. YouTube content and other externally hosted services can involve their own technologies.

Session storage generally ends when the relevant session ends. Persistent records remain until their configured expiration or removal, subject to browser behavior. Exact names, purposes, and duration depend on the active tool and its configuration; there is no single duration that accurately describes every technology on the website.

Review any provider and duration information displayed in the active preference control. Contact DDQX for information about a specific page or technology. A third party’s general cookie description does not, by itself, establish which cookies are active on DDQX.

Browser signals and privacy requests

A Global Privacy Control signal can express an opt-out of sale or sharing under laws that recognize it. It is different from a general “Do Not Track” browser setting and does not necessarily prevent all technically necessary storage.

Where a legally applicable opt-out signal is received, DDQX is responsible for honoring it for the processing to which it applies. You can also submit an advertising-related or other privacy request through Privacy Choices and Data Requests.

Do not assume that a browser setting eliminates all processing by a payment provider, community platform, or other independent service. You can use those services’ own privacy settings where available.

Questions and updates

For help, email info@ddqxlearning.org or call 480-648-4049. Include the page address and the choice or behavior you are asking about.

We update this policy when our use of these technologies changes. A new purpose that requires consent must be addressed before it is activated.
